Christmas a little early!

11/30/2000 -- Chris and Dan landed on Christmas Island in Kiritimati after a 9.5 hour flight.

*Chris and Dan were 16 hours ahead of New York Time when they were in Vanuatu. *They then traveled to Western Samoa where they were 6 hours behind New York Time, when they crossed the International Dateline. *Then they crossed back over the International Dateline to go 19 hours ahead of New York Time at Christmas Island. *When they go to Hawaii, they will recross the International Dateline...AGAIN...and find themselves 5 hours behind NY Time. *Talk about having your time messed up!
